Charming and well-maintained villa on one level in the quiet area of ​​Campo Mijas only 3 km from the beach in Fuengirola. The villa is very private with a nice pool area with bar and large terrace areas. The garden is easy to maintain as it is mostly paved with stones but with nice flower beds with several fruit trees such as passion fruit, lemon, orange, pomegranate, mango and sweet, Spanish "nisperos". From the kitchen you can access the social areas by the pool and there is also a back door to the laundry room and the tool shed which is located at the back of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a wine cooler. If we instead take the right from the hall we find the sleeping area with 2 smaller bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The inner hall also has built-in wardrobes. The villa is located one floor up from the street. At street level there is a private garage with space for 1 car. Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, pizzeria, café and pharmacy and between 1.5 -2 km from the house there are several larger supermarkets and more services. It takes about 25 minutes to walk down to the center of Fuengirola. The house is equipped with an alarm and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. Must see! The villa has a registered tourist license.
