On your way the down you can also find a pool, empty as we speak and need some work, a forgotten splash pool and a fish pond that all 3 needs a bit of work, but possible.
To purchase a rustic finca like this you must like tranquility, you have to be a handy man/women, or people with money and ideas to put in use on every corner of the land.
